Getting there: From the U.S., Canada and Europe, there are three primary gateways to Nevis. The most common route from the U.S. and Canada is through San Juan, Puerto Rico. It's now possible to fly non-stop from San Juan to Nevis on direct flights provided by American Eagle. Other connection points include Antigua and St. Maarten. Once you reach any of those gateways, the rest of the trip is simple. FERRY SERVICES AVAILABLE
Three ferries -the Carib Breeze/Surf, the Sea Hustler and the Caribe Queen - run daily service between St. Kitts and Nevis. The 45-minute crossing is pleasant, comfortable, and provides beautiful views of both islands. Information on all ferries is available at 869-466-INFO (4636).
